A benefit of an AccountRight Subscription is phone support, discounts on training, acces to Live services and more. Looking at your account, serial number ending in 4910, does have an active AccountRight Subscription and as such entitles you to phone support should you require it. 

In saying that, if you do have an enquiry you are welcome to post on this Forum, I'm sure the MYOB Community would be happy to assist.

Hi, I have looked high and low for some kind of "phone support" option with MYOB. There only seems to be a contact number for sales. Can you please advise how I got hold of MYOB phone support for Australia? Thanks.
