Service Level Agreement or Guarantee

If we use the cloud-version of MYOB AccountRight Premier and our whole accounting operation is online, what sort of Service Level Guarantee do we get?

The Server Level Agreement of MYOB products are are included on the Terms of Use for the particular Software/Service, they are provided during the sign up process. Please feel free to review the relevant terms and conditions for your desired products/services: MYOB Legal Notices.
