Setting Customised Form as default

We are having trouble setting our customised invoice template as a default. When we go to Sales Command Centre/ Print email invoices/ Item/Advanced filters button the drop down does not include our customised forms only the generic forms. Our customised forms are already migrated to AccountRight and can be selected when processing individual item sales for print or email but we would like to have our customised as a preset. Hello @Kristina_11 ,

When we go to Sales Command Centre/ Print email invoices/ Item/Advanced filters button.

Please try and toggle through the different 'Sale Types' at the top, then click the drop down for 'Selected Form for Sale' (for each Sale type)
