So Sloooooow this evening 7.55pm WST 19/08/19

Wow Team MYOB

 

Everything is so so so sloooow this evening..

Its taking 30+ seconds to save a supplier purchase or a sales invoice, to display the sales register.

 

Whats the issues this evening ?

 

I have tried from two seperate internet connections and are having the same issues.

Hi there,

 

You can do a speed test on the internet just to double check your Internet speed.

 

Another thing you could try to check out the file, backup and check in the file.

 

That should hopefully work for you.

Hi @PAL1 

 

Speed is good this evening

90+mbps from work and even faster from home.

Checkout, Checkin process takes about 30 minutes.

Issues is happening on 4 computers across 2 internet connections.

Issue is MYOB's site as I am also getting time out errors.

Giving up for today and will try again tomorrow when I get to work.
