The null value cannot be assigned to a member with type System.Decimal which is a non-nullable value type.

Trying to export data so I can bring to a new file, and getting this error.
Can this be overcome?

Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - exporting data

Hi @KellyHall,

Thank you for your post.

This may require a script to run over it to resolve - could you please provide the last 4-digits of your serial number and the Company File ID this relates to? (Help>About MYOB AccountRight)

Kind regards,
Sam

Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - exporting data

Hi @KellyHall,

Apologies, I seem to only find the serial number ending 5002. Could you instead send me a private message with your full serial number?

Kind regards,
Sam

Hi @Sam_R

Sorry for mroe questions, when I go to private message I just get the attached screen.

Is there an email or such I can send it to?

and to clarify, if I go (in our myob file) to setup > company information that is the serial number shown on that screen?

Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - exporting data

Hi Sam

I can't seem to be able to send private messages, is there any other way we can address this? Its a relatively urgent matter.

Re: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close - exporting data

Hi @KHall @KellyHall,

You should find a private message in your inbox from me - please reply to this with your full product serial number. (Setup>Company Information>Serial Number)

Kind regards,
Sam
