Spend money

Transactions entered via spend money are not appearing on the supplier card although they do show on the bank register and search transactions?

Re: Spend money

Hi @globalrewinds,

Thank you for the post!

When you open the transaction from the Bank Register, are you able to click on the arrow next to the card file at the top? This should open the relevant Card, this may or may not be a Supplier. Could you confirm the type of card it opens?

If this does, then go to Find Transactions > Card File > Enter that Card File and check the dates, does this then show the Spend Money transaction entered.

Do let us know how it goes.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Gayathri

Re: Spend money

Hi Gayathri

The type of card is supplier and yes you can see the transaction in “find transactions”.  However if we go to the Purchases Register for that card it does not show up?

Re: Spend money

Hi @globalrewinds,

Thank you for the post!

Purchases is purely all of the bills, quotes, orders. From your command center go to Purchases > Transaction journal > Disbursements you can see the spend money in there.

Spend money transactions you can see them in Banking.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Gayathri
