Everytime when I try to pay super and get the authorisation code I get "Woops, something went wrong - It looks like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later" error.
I tried yesterday and today and it's still not working.
Could you please advise.
I tried to click "Authorise" button again following the instructin from September 2016 post, but it didn't work.

We are aware of an issue when trying to get authorisation codes when using our pay super service. As we speak the problem is being worked on, to get it working as soon as possible.

Same issue here. Can you please notify when the issue is fixed. Came across it 5pm yesterday (28 Feb 2018)
Same problem here. Any ideas on an estimated time for this to be fixed?? We've been having the issue since yesterday, and I need to authorise a payment urgently before taking leave today.
We've also been having issues with MYOB randomly kicking me out several times today. Extremely frustrating.

At this stage, we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for when this will be resolved. However, we will be posting on Authorising Pay Superannuation when we do any further updates relating to this situation.
Do we have an estimated fix time yet? This is day 3 and its getting rather frustrating. Can we get an update please.
