The field needs to automatically be highlighted when searching records

I find it very frustrating to look for a customer and the field is not highlighted which I'm sure it used to be on the old version.  I go to look for a customer and have to manually highlight the search or it will type on the end of the name.  I cant explain very well what I mean but hope you understand.

Also when emailing statements I have to click on the actual email address eg.... half way down the list.... as the first email address sticks on the top.    Maybe if that was high lighted it would change.

Thank you for your idea in regards to AccountRight and searching of data.

Are you able to clarify which window you are referring to when you are searching? Or provide us with the steps you are using to search with?
