This session has expired

Hi ,

 

Hoping someone can help. We are using Accountright 2019.4 on a terminal server and as of yesterday we keep getting the following message constantly throughout the day.

 

Time out Error Myob.png

I have read about a time extender needing to be modified but I can find any information on how to do this.

Hi @Fie3 

 

Please click here to find instructions on extending the timeout in AccountRight. 

 

However, please be advised that you can also get this error message if the .Net framework on the server is not up to date. In addition, can you please confirm that the file is not being upgraded or restored as the error message specifies.

 

If none of this helps, please attach a copy of the Diagnsotic log so I can investigate the root cause of this error.
