I have upgraded to the latest version. Where has all my customer billing information gone, where are the timebilling activity notes? Does it even exist any more?

Welcome to the Community Forum!!
This is an odd situation as the details from datafile are not expected to disappear with the upgrade. Can you please confirm if your file is online and if a backup was taken before doing the upgrade? If yes, I would recommend restoring that locally as a test to check if the information is still there.
If you access your online file using the web browser as well, is the information missing from both the desktop and browser versions?

The time billing function is not yet available in the browser version which is the reason you cannot see all those details there. It is a candidate for future development and we will update you once it's enabled completely. In the meanwhile, all the functions missing from the browser can be accessed via desktop.
