Timeout error when trying to run an Inventory report

I am trying to run an Autobuild Inventory report.  After selecting the items and Run Report the system comes up with the Timeout Error (see attached).  We have autobuilds that can have many items so we need to be able to display them then export the details for our BOM.

Re: Timeout error when trying to run an Inventory report

Hi @WG1,

Thank you for the post!

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing on session timeout. You may need assistance from your IT person to complete some of the tasks. I am linking you to one of our posts from the community on AccountRight timeout extender . In this post it covers the steps involved to change in the configuration file.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Gayathri

Re: Timeout error when trying to run an Inventory report

Thanks Gayathri.  Unfortunately the link doesn't state/show what to edit after Step 4 - it just mentions you need to edit in notepad.  Please advise.

Hi @WG1,

Thank you for the post!

Apologies for that. I am resending the AccountRight Timeout Extender which has complete details.

Thank you.

Hi

This still doesn't show me past the Step 4 of opening the file.  What are the edits?

That's better, unsure why they weren't showing on the link you sent me.  We'll try this now and let you know

Re: Timeout error when trying to run an Inventory report

Hello, since updating to 2019.3 version the timeout error is happening again.  When I go to repeat the steps as per this original post, the problem isn't being resolved.  We have reports that we need to run that we can't.  Please advise.
