Trading Terms issues

I had a customer ask why her terms had be altered from 30 Days after EOM to Net 30.

Since I am the only user with access to this area and know I have not changed their details now assuming change is the result of last myob upgrade (2019 3.0) since all was ok leading up to this query.

No matter what I change the terms to the tax invoice still only displays NET 30.

I have updated the template hoping to correct this issue to no avail.

Any suggestions please?  Rather urgent please.

Tricia

Re: Trading Terms issues

Hi @Thomo_K

So that I can help you better can I please get some more information?

If you go to Setup>>Preferences>>Sales tab and click on Terms in the top left corner, is the Default Customer Terms set to Net 30?  If you change the terms when creating the Sale, by clicking on the blue zoom arrow next to Terms in the New Sale window, are you able to change to the correct terms?

Please let me know so that I can help resolve your problem.

Cheers,
Tracey

Re: Trading Terms issues

Hi Tracey

Thank you for your assistance.

I reset the default and appears to be ok.  Terms shown on customer tax invoice is now correct.

Many thanks Smiley Happy
