Trying to print statements

I was trying to print a statement today and I keep getting a message about adding a Payee number and then it just doesnt print.  How do I address this?  Is there some setting that I have to change?  I don't remember doing or changing anything and suddenly it just comes up with this message and I cannot print statements anymore.  Please help.MYOB capture.JPG

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

Normally if you are being asked for a Payee number it means you are using a M Powered Template.

Try choosing a different template either the Plain paper or the Pre printed ones.

Re: Trying to print statements

Can you please tell me how to do that?  I found where it is, and I could work out how to customise it, so do I have to go through the whole process of customising the statement and then saving it or what? I mustn't have used that template before because it is only recently I have come up with this issue, so is there a way to go back to the template I was using.  I tried to import a form but there were no forms to import

When you go to print/email statements click on advanced filters and at the bottom of the window that opens is the "Selected form for statement" box use the drop down arrow and choose the template you want.
