I cannot login to my account. The authentication app is not bringing up a number. I also cannot get in contact with anyone. It will not let me bypass the authenticator and use my email address to get a code. Can someone please contact me in regards to this.
If your account is set to Mobile authentication and you're authenticator app doesn't produce codes, you would need to either use a backup code and log into your Security Centre to re-set the account or we would need to do this for you.

If you don't have a backup code, I can re-set your account manually. To do this, send me a Private Message with the email address you're logging in with and I'll get it reset asap.
