Having a problem receiving payments for one customer only. We keep getting an error message as shown at the bottom of this post. We have done what's prompted, closing down MYOB and then restarting and it's still doing the same thing. All other customers are able to have the payments cleared. How come it's doing this? Help!!

(Unknown): ShowUIView(ReceivePayments,...,...)

If you would like to confirm the following information we can arrange for the necessary script to be run, which has resolved the enquiry for a number of clients:

 

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

I've arranged for that script to be run can you attempt that process now and let us know how you get on. You will need to close down and reopen the company file.

I am having the same issue and not being able to process payments to the invoices. Can you please apply the fix to our file.

Company file: Online

Last 4 digits: 2091

company Id: 10

I am unable to apply payments from a particular Customer, 

 

ard file name  is called  WILDFIRE

our company file is stores  ONLINE

last four digits of our serial no.  is  6134

Company file ID  is   1

I've arranged for the script to be run over your company files. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the file before testing that process.
