Unable to save purchase

I received a proforma invoice that had to be paid before goods would be sent.

I created a purchase order and paid the due amount. The stock arrived and I received stock. The product was sold and a sale recorded.

I finally received the tax invoice and tried to change the order to an invoice. the following message appears.

"Unable to save.

Your changes can't be saved because information in this record was modified in another window, or by another user.

Please reopen the reocrd to make changes."

I have opened and closed Myob a number of times and I receive the same message.

How can I record this invoice?

Hi @WattsBros,

 

This is an issue found in 2018.2 and our product developers are aware of this issue. There is a post that was written with the workaround and thanks to @Zentra on Unable to Save. Please read through the post.
