User Access - Recurring Transactions Only

Hi There

We want our front desk to be able to raise a sale to record a payment against. Is there some way that we can restrict their access to ONLY use a recurring transaction that we've created for them? And to make it that they can't actually change the account codes in it etc, simply the quantity?

Kind regards

Megan

Re: User Access - Recurring Transactions Only

Hi Megan ( @Meegies )

My apologies for the delay in responding.

Unfortunately, AccountRight lacks the ability to be that restrictive in the User Access. While you can restrict a user so that they can’t access the recurring transaction list through Lists >> Recurring Transactions.

If they have access to the Enter Sales window, they will be able to click on the “Use Recurring” button which will allow them to see any recurring sale transactions and select any of them. When they select the sale, they will have it load up for them and they will be able to change anything on that invoice.

Do let us know how you get on with this,

Regards,
Neil
