Validation Exception

Hi I am trying to edit a recurring transaction and keep getting an error message - Validation Exception.

I have got  MYOBaccountRight version 2022.9.0, and have read the workaround which says go to setup then preferences .

My preferences button is greyed out does this mean I do not have acess to fix this.

Can you please advise how i can fix this to enable me to adjust recurring transaction.

Welcoem to the Communtiy Forum.

 

As you have mentioned you are aware of the workaround instructions:

Going to Setup > Preferences > System. Remove the tick on “warn if jobs are not assigned to all transactions” this will allow you to make changes to the recurring sale.

 

If the recurring transaction has been migrated from version 19 or below delete it and recreate it.

 

Can you please confirm you are logging in with an administrative account to be able to access the preferences? If you are can you please provide a screenshot that it is greyed out also please attach the AccountRight Diagnostics Log.
