Once several custom forms have been created, how do you list / view / amende these to appear in alphabetic order in either seleting a for for print / email / preview or and you are in setup, custom forms, select?
It is very frustrating and hard on the eyes scrolling through to locate what yo require.
Alphabetic order is better for so many reasons.
Thanks

Hi @KathyB26
Customise forms in AccountRight are produced in the following list arrangement - default customise forms followed by user customised forms in the order they were created in the company file.
Currently, there is no provision to change the sorting of those forms to be in a different format.

Thanks for the prompt feedback.
Previously, when not cloud based, you were able to go on they drive / directly where they were located and rename and sort, this was so convenient.
Can you please look at putting in place a method, or by defualt, they appear in aphabetic order? There are many benefits, but mainly time saving and it is a methodical process to view / look for a form on a list when alphabetical order. It is becoming very frustrating seartch for a form we want to use when not the client / supplier default form.
Appreicate MYOB working on this feature.
Thanks

Hi @KathyB26
Just testing in AccountRight Classic (v19), this did have a different list format for those forms which was alphabetical based on the form name.
To my knowledge, this is not something that we are looking at bringing across to the AccountRight 20xx range for the foreseeable future. It may be something that is considered for the future.

Hi Steven
I agree that it is very frustrating that the customised forms are not in alphabetical order and it would be great if this is something that could be looked at when doing future upgrades. When users don't realise that the forms are not in alphabetical order they quite often print on the wrong form.
This would also make MYOB much more user friendly.
