Workaround the issue of extra page printing

Hi all,

 

Not sure if this will work for everyone but I have found a workaround for this issue which is working for me for now.

 

Once you enter your Sale and untick the Online Payments option click Record.

 

Then go and open the sales invoice that you just created from the Sales Register and print it - when I do this only the invoice prints and no extra pages.

 

Its still a frustrating issue but I hope this works for you until there is a proper fix.

Thanks for sharing your potential workaround with the MYOB Community.

With the release of AccountRight 2021.5.2, this particular situation has been addressed. If you are using the PC Edition of the software, you will be prompted to restart upon opening which will install the software
