Hi, I have accountright standard which does not have time billling invoices. Which layout should I use for activity based invoices. With my old version, when entering sales I had the headings Date, Hrs/Unit/ Activity/Notes/ Rate/Amount and Tax. I have spent all morning customising my printed invoice using Item layout and the headings Qty, Description, Price and Extended but when i go to enter actual invoices I have headings Ship, Backorder, Item Number, Description, Price, Disc%, Total, Job, Tax. Can i modify these fields?

The headings of the columns on the Enter Sales screen in AccountRight can not be changed. The customisation of the invoices will only show when you print them our or email them to customers.
You may want to try using the Professional Layout instead as the item layout will require you to have inventory items set up to use it. But please note by changing layout will mean that you will have to re-customise your invoice form.
Thanks anyway I have got it to work fine using items and creating activities with separate Item No.'s.
