autobuild report not working

autobuild report not working

Hi,

 

I am trying to run the inventory> items> auto build item report however it is not working. 

 

It says no information to display. try changing the filters and then run the report.

 

Would you please advise how i can fix this, thank you.

Hi @PurchasingBlock 

 

We do have a script (tool) that can be run over that company file that has remedied that situation for other users. So we can arrange for that to occur can you confirm the following information:


Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

The company file is stored online

 

The LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is 2281

 

The company file ID is 1
