customers cannot open invoices

Hi there, since installing the latest MYOB update yesterday. My clients are unable to open their invoices, when it comes to downloading the attachment the MYOB wheel just spins and then an message comes up to say the following 

 

Well, this is awkward. Looks like something went wrong!
Please try again later or contact the issuing business for assistance.

 

please advise how to adjust this

Hello,

Also since yesterday clients cannot open their invoices.

 

On top of that 

-I have CC'd myself into the email, i also cannot open their invoices.

-When viewing their invoice in MYOB, clicking at the top of the winow 'View online invoice' causes MYOB to freeze for a minute then come up with an error, it will not load the invoice.

 

As a temp fix i have changed options to also email a pdf of the invoice, which is still working.

I am having this problem too. The app isn't working as well.

That is exactly what has happened to me. All working fine early this morning. Now when I send it to myself as a test it times out...

after upgrading last week we've just heard back from our first customer with the same error message, tried to open the invoice ourselves with the same result.  

 

Hopefully there is an easy fix for this!

thanks stuart_123 I managed to do the same and for now as a temp fix and now atleast my clients can receive the pdf attachment of the invoice.

We are aware some clients were having issues around their online invoices not being able to be opened and viewed as expected. You can find out more about this issue as well as all currently available updates on this issue on our post Unable to open Online Invoices - (21/06/2019)

I am quickly gaining confidence in these forums and MYOB, its excellent to have issues bought to light and fixed so rapidly.
