Hi Richard,
You probably need to go into settings (Setup>Preferences>Security>1st option) and check the option to allow transactions to be deleted rather than reversed (I think).

But thats not the issue. I checked and that box isnt ticked .
Either way, i (as admin role) can delete them, however my office lady can not.
So it has to do with her role in MYOB. I just cant pin down which box it is or isnt that i need.

looks like you narrowed it down correctly.
sounds like their role/privilege thing might need to be reviewed/rebuilt.
you can look into this by going to: setup > user access, then note down what roles that User has. then click onto the manage roles tab at the top left and check out those roles.

something I found is that it can be easier to just create a brand new custom role with what you need rather than constantly modify multiple roles to get to what you need.

Following on from @sholt73's message, the user's role would need to have General>>Allow Delete/Reversed enabled:
If their user role does have access to that function i.e it is ticked for their associated role, I would be interested to know if its just purchase orders they can't delete i.e. can they delete a Spend Money transaction?

I checked what you had and it was the same.
I tried to get her to spend money and then delete it. She could.
So i got her to enter a PO and then delete. Now she can!!
Not sure why we couldnt the other day. but it appears like its all working.
