Does AccountRight 2019.4 have a feature where you can choose all customers (or some) and send them the same notice, via a mail-merge ?
My Darwin client - a community club - has been approved to offer the "Pay Now" option in their online invoices.
Today they would have liked to send a standard email to all their customers who owe money, to tell them how they can access Pay Now - using a mail-merge function. Instead, I had to laboriously individually email their 40 customers, using the Send An Email option on their customer card - cutting-and-pasting from a Word document, for the Subject and Message Body. AccountRight allows you to create a personalised letter to a customer/cards. This is done through the Card File>>Create Personalised Letters window and will use Microsoft Word's mail merge functionality to generate the necessary letters. Our Help Article: Create personalised letters would be able to assist with that overall process.
Note: The Created Personalised Letter functionality will generate a Word/PDF document which is typically printed. AccountRight doesn't have the capability of doing a mass email without transactions i.e. invoices being involved.
