emailing statements from email address

When we send statements at the end of the month, the statements are sent from my personal email address.

This causes confusion when the customers reply to the emails.

 

How can we set up Account Right to email from a business email address?

I don't know how to fix this.

Hi there @Battman,

 

If you're using Outlook to send e-mails from AccountRight, the e-mail address that will be used when you e-mail your statements will be whichever is set as the default e-mail address in Outlook. As such, if you'd like to send the statements from an alternative e-mail address, you'll need to change the default e-mail within Outlook to the one you would like to use.
