online payment set up

online payment set up

I have made numerous attempts to set up online invoice payments however I only get as far as "sit tight there is still a few things we need to check before opening your account" and it has never gone any further then that screen. Can you please advise?

Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please provide a screenshot of the invoice payments window and confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can take a look into this for you.

Thanks for getting back to me . Screen shot attached of the screen that my application stalls at everytime I try to set up online invoice payments. Please advise.

Thanks for the details. Generally it can take up to 2-4 business days for the application to be approved, can you confirm the date you submitted this application ?

I have submitted application several times over the last 6 weeks but have had no success. I resubmitted again yesterday after having no reply after about a week
