Exactly the same for me. 

Been frustrated out of my mind all morning thinking it was just me. Already done the regular restarts etc. 

Though I do not think its 2020.4 specific. I was at 2020.2 and upgraded to 2020.4 to try to solve this issue.

 

Still the same-

Documents do not get any information lifted off them at all, just never ending cog spinning.

The tray also takes much longer to load.

Trying to use docuemtns already in the tray (create new bill) usually leads to MYOB having a hissy and wanting to restart.

Myob also has a hissy when trying to remove an invoice from a bill it was already linked to.

 

Seems like the server the handles all the 'in-tray' attachments is on fire.

Purchases in tray stopped working

I dragged several bills into my in tray earlier today. Now I want to process them, the system is not responding, my bills seem to have disappeared and all I get is a "loading" message. Anybody else have this problem?

We are aware that some clients are encountering issues accessing In Tray documents. Our team are currently investigating the cause.

In tray is not working, says loading all the time.  Before it stopped working it was very slow.

Hope this isn't a feature of the new update.

same problem here but we havent upgraded yet so maybe something else other than an Upgrade issue. My in tray is also empty and i know it isnt!!

yes mine has just started playing up too!! So frustrating as I dont want to have to come back later and double handle the work. it worked early to upload invoices but now I can't get anyhting to go into the tray.
