I am having the same issue. Mine eventually comes up with a message "something went wrong"

Also the in tray itself is very slow to open and sometimes opens without documents that I know I had sitting in there.

Same as previous posts - emailing to in tray the intray says nothing in there (Empty) there should be about 20 25 invoices,  this is seriously slowing me down and we are incredibly busy.  Smiley Sad  Bernadette

Yep. Ditto here.

 

Gone from slow creating from previously uploaded invoices, to slow uploading new invoices, to not allowing creation from previously uploaded and now telling me In Tray is empty. I'm hoping they re-appear as they're automatically populated and I won't know until EOM if I've missed them! Did not have these issues until I upgraded to 2020.4 but reading previous replies that might not be the problem.

 

Sorry to make the suggestion but was this an external issue?

Same here - very frustrating - on a deadline.  Have noticed it's not just in the latest version either.  Going into the In Tray via Purchases gave me a little more access but not for long.

Same issue.  Now just says "Loading...."  white screen of death on my intray

The issues experienced by users with the AccountRight and MYOB Essentials In Tray, including encountering a spinning cog that times out, have been resolved (15/12/2020 5: 15 PM AEST). Users may have seen a slight delay in accessing those documents while a backlog of requests was processed.

Hi, I scanned a heap of invoices last night to save myself time last night. They have appeared but when I click to create a purchase from it I get nothing. Is there something going on that's causing this?

yep having same issue here since the upgrade to 2020.4....so frustrating!!

 

I can't drag and drop from emails to In Tray but I can drag and drop from the desktop - not ideal but at least i can attach this way until it's fixed.
