Why do I keep getting errors when trying to save a new recurring sale?

Hi there @jess9,
It appears you have encountered a known issue with recurring transactions in the AccountRight software wherein attempting to save or edit such transactions results in an Invalid Exception or Validation Exception error.
We have noted that some of our clients have found that deselecting the option to 'warn if jobs are not assigned to all transactions' has rectified the issue. This can be done by going into Setup > Preferences > System.
Assuming that does not resolve the problem, please do provide us with a copy of the diagnostic logs so that we can investigate the issue for you further. The diagnostic log can be found in the following location on your computer:
C:\ Users \ <user.name> \ AppData \ Local \ MYOB \ AccountRight \ 20xx.x \ Diagnostics
where <username> refers to the user you sign into your computer as. 20xx.x is your current AccountRight version.
In regards to LiveChat, it has been down due to technical issues as of late, but should be back up and running shortly.
