recurring transactions

Hi,

Each month I record recurring transactions. Each transaction has terms of "pay in a given number of days" and that number is 14. The customer card is set to the same. In April and now also in May, when I recorded the transactions they have all been recorded as COD. Since I use Ezycollect, this is playing havoc with my debtor chasing cycles as they are receiving a reminder that the invoice is overdue well before it's usual due date. Can anyone help? It's not so easy to manually change each one after it's recorded as there are about 450 invoices each month.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.

This was a known bug in 2019.1 but has now been fixed in 2019.2 so as soon as you have it available download and upgrade.
