We have just upgrade and now have the following icons showing on our invoices ... that is the Online payments icons - American Express, Visa, Mastercard & BPay - the default is that the box is ticked and every time we create an invoice we have to UNTICK the box...... I want the default to be an "UNTICKED" box .... how do I do this please?

Can you please confirm the following:
1) Is this happening on the desktop application or when you open the file in the browser?
2) If you untick the box for Online payments, save an invoice with that box unticked and clear AccountRight cache, and then open the file again, is the box still ticked?
If you have additional information on this as well, please let us know so we can raise this with the relevant teams and investigate further.

Thanks for getting back to me
We use MYOB online as there are 5 users in the office.
I have cleared the cache but his has not rectified the problem.
We use recurring transactions a lot and I have created new recurring transactions and have saved the transactions "unticked" ... but when I click on the recurring transaction the box is ticked.
It is very very frustrating.......

This issue is an introduced BUG from yesterday's forced update to 2021.5.
There were two printing issues in the update yesterday 1) Couldn't print orders/quotes or packing lists and 2) Online Payment page printing with invoices. They only fixed the issue with the printing of orders/quotes, MYOB has not indicated when they are going to fix this bug.

This is not the first time MYOB have done this with forced upgrades ... force an upgrade with BUGS!!!..... why are these things not checked, double checked and triple checked before releasing FORCED upgrades... More to the point - Why FORCED upgrades? Surely as clients we have a say in if/when we upgrade??
We have spent hours trying to sort this out and wasted a stack of paper because our invoices were printed before we realised there was a problem...
OOOOooooooo ...... NOT AT ALL HAPPY
.... especially today our busiest day of the week.

My problem is not "deactivating my online payments" ...
My problem is that EVERYTIME I (or other staff) create an invoice we have to "UNTICK" the box in the "Sales - New Service" window ...
We have tried to save our invoices as "recurring transactions" with the box "unticked" ... BUT when we choice to use the recurring transaction it comes up with the box "ticked" again ...... so it's not saving this option when creating the recurring transaction....
We never had this issue before the update.

We are having the exact same problem as Ruth, we have to manually untick the box so that the 2nd page isnt added automatically to our invoice.
I have deactivated online payments - it is showing as disabled.... But when we create an invoice or process a recurring invoice if we arent manually unticking the "Online Payment" section up the top middle of the screen next to Inoive No., Date, Customer PO No. MYOB is generating a 2nd page to our invoice type showing Bpay # and Ref # blank and also the MC, VISA, AMEX logos.
Surely we do not have to manually untick this box with every invoice????
Help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue will be permanently fixed in the next release. In the meanwhile, if you're getting Online payments ticked despite the service being disabled, please send me your serial number and company file name by Private Message so I can de-register the service from our end.
