sales order template

Where can the sales template for SALES ORDERS be edited so that the payment details ( or the PAY NOW button) can be added?  Using MYOB Business.  At present with MYOB business the only option to edit the templates (NOT MUCH CAN BE EDITED EITHER) are sales invoice, sales quote or statements.  Where is the Sales order feature?  Also, where is the PAY NOW button on the statement?  how can the pay now button or payment details be added to a sales order?  These features are in AccountRight not in MYOB Business.  the templates in AccountRight are not compatible in MYOB Business and they are different and very limited regarding what can be included and number of Logos ( we have to have our accreditation logo on our invoices to comply with standards)
