2018 Load Payroll Table issue

Hello,

I have this "Tax tables cannot be loaded" error when I try to process payroll.

When I try to load tax table nothing happens after clicking on the "Load Tax Table" button.

My payroll year is 2019, but for some reason the tax table is stuck at 2016.

I'm using MYOB AR Premier 19.14- appreciate any help in solving this issue.

Hi @Amy_C2014 

The reason is you are using v19.14 which has a bug in it. v19.14 can only load tax tables for the 2017 and the 2018 payroll years, as these are the only tax tables included with that version. MYOB developers coded the software so  that a user can only load tax tables if the current payroll year is 2017 or 2018. As your payroll year is 2019, nothing happens.

One suggestion is to get hold of a copy of Premier v19.13 and use that version instead. Your tax tables won't be up to date however you will at least be able to process payroll and manually override the tax amount if required. For up to date tax tables you would need to use Premier v19.15 or use 3rd party tax tables.

Thanks Gavin- I've resorted to using my 19.12 file, and that works.

Will try again with 19.15 and see if that solves the problem.
