A Service Call has Failed error

Hi Everyone


We are aware that some clients are also receiving an error “A service call has failed. Please check your network connection and press Retry


If you are receiving this error we recommend ensuring that the Windows updates have been performed on that computer, and that the Microsoft .net framework has been updated to the latest release of version 4.7.2
