I believe that is AMP issue. they changed the fund's product name or fund name. but they didn't send updated USI or ABN numbers to their members. We have few employees with AMP. some of their contributions have been bounced back since last September. I have been checked by the staff in AMP. They themself are confused as well. gave me the wrong info. it is very frustrating.

Thanks for your post. The Help Article, Reversing and reprocessing superannuation payments, has detailed instructions on how to handle returned contributions. You will need to make sure the correct super fund is selected in the employee card before reprocessing the payment or it will bounce back again.
