Accessing Employee Cards

Can see that there are many users that are having trouble accessing employee cards with the solution being to "run a script" over the file. Our company file last 4 digits is 2025 ID 22, and if you can apply the fix to our file it would be appreciated.

and... Just a question: This doesn't happen to all our files so presumably not to do with the recent upgrade, how does this happen to selective files so we can avoid in future?
