AccountRight - Maximum Super Contribution Base

Hi

I've looked into other posts about how to put in a limit for the Maximum Super Contribution Base in AccountRight for employees who earn over a certain limit per quarter.  However, I had done all the same steps as mentioned, and double checked it all, but it's still calculating the straight 9.5% - as if there is no limit.

Can someone please advise if I'm missing a step?

Thank you

Lisa

Re: AccountRight - Maximum Super Contribution Base

Hi @LisaP2020

Thanks for your post. You can set a maximum contribution by entering the Limit as Equals $0 per Quarter in the Superannuation payroll category:

If this is how you have set the Limit can you provide screenshots so that I can look into why it isn't calculating correctly for you. You can send those screenshots by private message.

Please let me know how you go.

Re: AccountRight - Maximum Super Contribution Base

Hi @LisaP2020

Thanks for sending me those screenshots so that we could resolve this.

For other users information, if you set the Limit Equals Dollars per Pay period/week/quarter the limit needs to be the super amount, not the gross wages amount. For example, if an employee's gross wage is $30,000 per quarter and max super contribution is $2500 per quarter, enter $2500 as the limit amount.

Please let me know if you need further help.
