Actual Wages to STP Wages

I had an employee who was only paid 199.50 gross and no tax in the 1st payroll for 2019/2020. I didnt start STP until the next pay, so consequently he is not showing on my STP list for the fianancial year. Could you please help?

Re: Actual Wages to STP Wages

You will need to run a $0 pay for that employee in order to submit the YTD figures for STP.  If you have terminated them already, you will need to clear the termination date on their card file, run the $0 payroll, submit to ATO, then go back into their card file and enter their termination date.

I have had to do this for several staff that left prior to us upgrading for STP and this method is what i have found in FAQ's and it works.

Good luck!
