Hi, I have set up a SMSF for one of our employees but made a mistake in entering the bank account number (missed a digit).
The super payment was rejected by the MYOB super portal due to this mistake, and the funds returned to our account.
But it appears that MYOB wont let me make a change (correction) to the bank account number (is now a greyed out field).
Any ideas on how I can fix this error? I dont need instructions on resubmitting the payment, just on how to amend the bank account number for the SMSF in the card.
thanks,
Jodie

HI @jodieanne
Once a SMSF has been created within the company file it cannot have any of its details amended as they are greyed out. Instead if the details were incorrect for any reason you would need to create a new SMSF super fund with the correct details and assign this to the employee’s card
Regards,
Neil
