Bulk Cancel Employee Cards

I am wanting to make over 500 employees card inactive.

I was wondering if I export all employee card files and save into Excel and change the card Status to N and then import back into MYOB - will this make all cards then inactive?

Thank you for your post. What you have suggested is correct. You need to export the Customer Card list to Excel, make the changes and then import the modified list back into your file. Here is a Help Article to further assist you in this query: Importing and exporting data.
