Can't Access Employee Card

Hi,

 

Like lots of other users I cant access several of my employee cards. When I try to open one I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRite needs to close.

 

This was fixed in November 22 but has occurred again when we upgraded MYOB.

 

The last 4 digits of our serial number is 2042.

Company File ID is 1.

 

Please help!

Hi @KAAccounts 

 

I've arranged for the necessary script to be run over that company file for you. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file before attempting to open that card.
