Cannot open one of our employee's card files

Hi, 

 

Every time I try to open a particular employee's card file I get an error that AccountRight/Somethings gone wrong and needs to close?

 

Are you able to help me rectify this error?

Hi @Sandhurst 

 

Sounds like we may need to arrange for a script to be run over the company file. So we can arrange for that can you confirm the following information:

 

  • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
  • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
  • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

Thank you could we please get a script run over the file to correct this issue. 

 

File is cloud based. 

 

Last four digits are 3611

I've arranged for the script to be run over the company file that I was able to locate. Do ensure that you close down and reopen that company file before we attempting to open that employee's card.

If you are still unable to open that card, would you mind sending me a private message with the company file's full serial number.
