Hi @Gavin09
We have identified that within AccountRight 2019.4 when selecting to print a Pay Liabilities transaction the system will go through the print cycle i.e. allow the user to select the printer and select print, however, no actual document is sent through to that printer. This has been something that we have passed across to the required team for further investigation and for an in-product fix - at this stage, we don't have any further updates to when that fix will be included.
In the meantime, depending on the purpose of printing, running a report like the Liabilities Payment Register report (Reports>>Payroll>>Pay Liabilities) could be a potential workaround for some clients.
Kind regards,
Steven
