Cant 'close a payroll year'

I have 'finished' my 18/19 Payroll and now want to do rollover to commence first payrun this afternoon for 19/20 BUT when I go to 'close a payroll year' it is faded out, so not an option.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am an Admin on the datafile, so really am at a loss.

Hello @Susan-RCST ,

Once you are in the file, please go to File > 'Switch company file user' > Sign in as User id: Administrator.

If the Close a Payroll Year is still greyed out, it means i need to run a script on the file to fix it. I can resolve this issue for you.
