We are experiencing the same issues as everyone else and our data is on our local server. The timing of this is crazy as we need to run monthend and quarterly reports and as part of the process we extract the YTD verification report to ensure all is running well with STP following prior year stuff ups.
Why does MYOB keep doing this to us? Is it time to invoice them for our wasted time and resources?

We too have several MYOB server edition files which have this Payroll Reporting Error "Something went wrong at our end".
Has there been any update on this MYOB error fix please support?

Since 27/9/22, when we automatically upgraded to the AccountRight Plus AU 2022.8.0 (Build 2022.8.24.7117) update, we are having the same issue as many users have reported here ("Something has gone wrong at our end ...") when connecting to the Payroll Reporting Centre when using a local server based configuration instead of an online configuration.
I have noticed we also get the same error when clicking on the "Check Payroll Details" button in the Payroll Reporting window. I've attached a screen capture of the error to illustrate.
This occurs on Windows 7.1 32-bit and 64-bit.

Paul

Hi
I also have this problem and using Windows 8.1. Never an issue before.
Has anyone had this resolved?
We do not put our files online as we use our server and costs are more to put online.
When I click on Payroll reporting centre I am receiveding error "Something went wrong at our end,. sorry about that. You'll need to come back later and try again."
Same message, tried many times.
Please advise MYOB.

There have been lots and lots of people who have responded to this post stating that they too are experiencing this issue.
Can MYOB please provide an update as to what they are actually doing about this?

Hello Everyone
Our team has investigated this issue and has found that it is due to certificate issues with windows.
I am happy to raise this for some further investigation however for this I will need you to do the following.
1. Please open Firefox or Internet Explorer and input https://pay-event-publisher.payroll.prod.myob.com/payevent
These errors are expected if your windows are not up to date.
2. Please make sure you are on a supported version of windows for your software. If you are not on any of the listed you will need to update. You can check our system requirements here.
3. If you are on a supported version and still getting these errors. Please attach a screenshot of your system information showing the operating system and version
4. Please attach a screenshot showing that your windows updates are all up to date
5. Please attach the diagnostics log for when the error pops up.
