Change Super Payment Limite - SMS Code not coming through

I have been trying to increase our super payment limit but no SMS code is coming through.

All my details are correct, including the phone number.

I have tried to resend the code a few times over the last half an hour.

Is there an issue with SMS codes again today?

Hi @TaxiLand

 

We are aware of a delay that is affecting clients receiving SMS codes to make changes to Pay Super and authorising payments. This is something that our team are investigating. At this stage, we do recommend trying again at a later time to receive that code.
