Change of superfund company

Scenario: My employee has been with superfundOne (pretend name of superfund company) for the past years, then he wants to change the superfund company to SuperfundTwo. 

Clauses:

- He gets pay weekly

- He wants to move to SuperfundTwo on 16th June (Pretend date)

- His super get paid quarterly - next due is 28th June (For April - June period)

Question: If I change his superfund to pay to SuperfundTwo on 16th June. I am wondering the unpaid super from 1 April - 16 June will be paid to the SuperfundTwo as well or would it go to the old SuperfundONE as the Pay was recorded as superfundOne at the time of Pay processed?

If it goes to Superfund One - do I have to redo the pay for him from April so the super payment will go to SuperfundTWO ?

Hi @Artimus,

Thank you for your post. 

In this scenario, the super would go to SuperfundTwo as the payments are still pending. You just want to make sure the payments are 'pending' in the 'Pay Superannuation' window, not the 'Manage Payments' window - where payments are awaiting authorisation (cant be adjusted, would need to be reversed).
