Changing an Employee from FT to Casual

Hi,

I have processed this employee's final pay and terminate this employee in MYOB

which means we have

1. paid out all leave

2. now the leave balance is 0.00

Now We are hiring the same person for Casual Basis

1. Do we need to set up a new Employee Card

2. If No, what is the starting date for this new employee

Thank you

Re: Changing an Employee from FT to Casual

Hi @nancyq

Thanks for your post. You can use the same employee card and enter the start date as the date they started as casual. You will also need to change their Pay Basis, Employment Status and unlink entitlements if applicable. This help article will guide you through the process: Changing an employee from full time, part time or casual

Please let me know if you need further help.
