Hi,
I am setting up the STP and failing at the first hurdle. I can see this is a common error and a script needs to be run on my online file. I just waited on the phone and online chat for 45 mins....finally spoke to someone who said they needed to transfer me to a different department and wait to speak to them was going to be longer than the 45.
Can someong please advise best method to rectify?
I have all the details required to run the script.

Sorry to see that no-one has offered their assistance in regards to your enquiry
If you are still encountering that particular error we would be happy to look into running the necessary script. In order for us to arrange for that can you provide the exact error and when you are encountering that message. If you are getting the Something has gone wrong message, we would need to get the error log - bottom left of the message is the option View error log.
Also, knowing the following information would be handy so we can arrange for the script to be run if necessary:
